Both options start from 1 month. Up to 3 months a recurring booking usually fits best; from 6 months a monthly private room may be worth considering depending on budget. For auditions, booking through the exam month means you never lose your slot.

The studio is not lodging and we don't provide accommodation. For those coming from far away we can point you to places to stay near the studio. A monthly room is a private space with 24-hour access, so how you spend the hours between a late-night and an early-morning session is up to you; if a parent is coming along, we'll advise with that in mind.

Turning the same hours into a recurring booking means no more booking each time, and your slot is secured even in audition season. We'll compare the actual cost during the consultation.

Recurring booking (fixed day & time each week)
Monthly private room (exclusive use)
Decide after consultation
A monthly room gives you a whole room, so very few are available and in audition season they go in order of inquiry. A recurring booking fixes the same day and time every week, so even on a small budget the slot becomes yours. * Instrument storage is provided in rooms 501·601 on another floor of the same building — not individual lockers, but a climate-controlled room monitored by CCTV. Those rooms will open as practice rooms later. Both are studio-use service agreements, not real-estate leases. They end when the term ends; extensions are by mutual agreement.

I understand the room is for the registered contract holder (musician · teacher · counselor). It cannot be transferred or sublet to third parties using it without the holder present.
I understand this is a studio-use service agreement, not a real-estate lease. Tenant-protection rights such as renewal claims or deposit protection do not apply; the agreement ends at the end of the term, and any extension is by mutual agreement.
I agree to the collection and use of my personal information (name, contact details). It is used only to respond to this inquiry and deleted afterwards.
